Stageify provides AI-powered virtual staging, photo enhancement, and video generation services for real estate professionals. Our services transform property photos using artificial intelligence.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
Share your account credentials with others
Misrepresent AI-generated images as real photographs

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a license to process your images to provide our services. Output images generated by our AI are owned by you for commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stageify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
